Private Number

Yet again private number on my phone
I wonder why this chills me to the bone

You are checking up on me
Lurking around what is it that you see

All I want is some time to relax
instead I feel more under attack

Thinking of changing those seven little digits
but why because being alone makes you fidget

By doing that I have allowed you to win
and that just makes my head spin

You want people to believe the way you think
now you have driven me to the brink

So if I asked if you had called
I know that you would be appalled

But yet again private number on my phone
I wonder why this chills me to the bone
