Lost
The moon had a ghostly glow to it, lighting up my path as I tried to find my way home, the fog was starting to rise making visibility extremely low, a bitter frosty wind bit at my skin. I kept on walking, ignoring the pain in my legs, until I came to what looked like an old abandoned train yard. Chills rose up my spine and the hairs on my neck whipped up right away because inside I felt very terrified. Shadows lurked here and there as if they had eyes of their own watching my every movement; I saw a load of steam locomotives around me. I called out into the night air “is anyone here”, no one answered and as I continued on I suddenly observed a dark pair of eyes glistening and starring me right in the face, it came closer and closer, then I fell to the ground petrified.
