A young couple are too immature to realize what they want until a couple years later.
I've been down this road before, but it seems different this time,
There's no more heartache, no more pain,
And the way our hands fit together so perfectly, must be a sign,
The past few years have drove us insane.

True love being separated for that long just isn't right,
But I guess it took a heartbreak or two,
To get to where we are tonight,
But I would've done anything to get to you.
