The Space Between

He looked down at the space between her chest and his, the small gap separating their love. He looked up at her perfect smile and whispered "I love you", and then he felt the gap shrink. She wrapper her arms around his neck and pressed her lips against his, and the gap disappeared forever.
They turned and faced the rest of the people gathered. Hand in hand they floated down the isle, riding on the applause of there family and friends. The doors opened and for the first time, they entered the world as husband and wife.
