Smiles...???

You see people smile throughout your day,
you think they are portraying happiness,
but almost 90% of these people are putting on a fake smile,
a fake smile to hide their pain,
a fake smile to hide their emotions,
a fake smile to hide fromt he world,
a fake smile to hide the real person inside of them.

I smile a fake smile everyday,
its almost unknown by everyone,
I smile a fake smile when people try to make me laugh,
its hard to tell because I am discreet,
I smile a fake smile everytime I look at him,
its had to let him see the real me,
I smile a fake smile in front of himt o make him think I'm happy.

I smiled a real smile the day i finally realized that I actually loved him,
I smiled a real smile the minute I realized that all the fake smiles towards him were real,
real smiles,
happy smiles,
love smiles,
because he loved me for me,
he saw through the fake smiles,
and he found the real ones inside of me.
