A poem about Winter. By me. *note I am 13 so sorry if it sucks a little. :(
The breeze so cold,
The skies so gray,
The grass so old,
Starts to fade away.

And as the snow falls,
Summer will cry,
And as Winter calls,
Fall waves goodbye.

The children outside,
Building tall snowmen,
The sun pushed aside,
Till’ Spring comes again.

The bare white trees,
Shiver from the snow,
They mourn for their leaves,
For now no leaf shows.

When the sun comes out,
And the snow melts away,
The Spring shall shout,
“I am back,” it will say.

Then gray skies turn blue,
And snow turns to rain,
That's when we knew,
That Winter was slain.
