An unfortunate incident

THE BUG IN MY HEAD IS DEAD

On that most unnatural day
The fly should have flown away
But it crawled instead
In the side of his head
Seeking refuge from the fray

A shot of formaldehyde
Left it placid but still inside
"The bug in my head is dead," he said
"But I can't hear a thing if I tried"
