Poem about the Tree of Life!

THE TREE OF LIFE!



Last night, I saw something,
I know that I shall see again.
My faith, amidst a sea of pain,
Had reached the point of breaking.
And GOD, in the midst of all my strife,
Revealed to me - the Tree of Life!

A dream perhaps, or perhaps much more.
In truth, I can not know for sure.
But, I do know it gave me hope.
Hope, beyond all I have known,
And as I woke, I knew somehow
That GOD had worked a miracle.

Radiating light, and hope, and peace,
This Celestial Tree of glimmering leaves,
Soothed away all hurt I knew.
And, reminded me that life today,
Does not compare to Life that waits.
Just beyond this veil of pains,
Where all shall be restored, again!
