You hit me,
Like a tidal wave;
I didn’t see you coming,
Then we collided with a force
Unrecognizable to mankind,
For it was divine.


You have struck me,
Just as lightening would.
Bright.
Dangerous.
Able to kill.
But, I trust you won’t.


You are as unpredictable as an earthquake…
Have the depth of the sea…
But, the best way I can describe you?
Is the likeness of a dream.


And if you are a dream,
I pray that I might never wake.
For the day that I do,
Is the day my heart will break.
