Broken Heart

shattered and broken
scattered across the floor
like shards of glass
cutting and bleeding
destroyed for all who wants it
ruined for those that try
nothing left but emptyness
no light to show the way
clouded and so distant
a mess already made
try to put it together
but the link is stil astray
can never fill it up again
the holes are much too deep
you'll only cut your hands
as you try to find the pieces
its all in vain
there is no mending
this broken heart
