A priction girl tries to live her life in the religion of Prictions
Being a Pricton ( my religion) is hard. They have several rules:

1.All woman CANNOT cut thou hair until married

2. Woman MUST wear all red clothing until married

3. All children shall know the language before entering public

4.Daughters are offical greeters of household

I combed my brown locks that went to my waist and put on the red dress. It was ankle length and had red beads on the arms and red ribbion coming from the hem. Being the offical greeter and only greeter of my household is hard. I walk down the stairs of my cottage where I see almost 30 men lined up outside waiting. My mother has set crab rice soup with plum leaf out and a flower at each spot. My father was hosting mens night where they sing bravery songs and dance while all woman of the household go somewhere-anywhere as long as the men don't see them.

My mother opened the door and each man came by. A kiss on the cheek for each and a respectful bow because someday they could be the husband my parents choose. As soon as they sat to eat my mother went to her room to pray and I left the house. I wrapped my head in a red scarf with scrawls of the word Girl on it. I was heading to the Port of Dons where you travel.

I arrived to the small stand and saw donkeys everwhere and American tourist trying to ride one. " Boouh ma kayja popa Ammirec jsaan"? I asked in my native language. " 80 coins or 5 american dollars to go to America" the man replied in english. A plan popped up in my head. I strolled casually to the tourist and bowed. " I shall preform a Priction Jig if you pay me 5 american dollars". The young couple whispered and nodded their head.

I stuck my arms in the air and pranced, then I kicked each leg and twirled then said a prayer.

                                    Hamo KLoua

                                      kjfjf dea

                                  Ammrrrrr jakfu

                                          oupay

The couple gave me my money and asked my age. "14" I replied giving them a peck on the cheek. They both looked surprised and startled. I ran back home and climbed the great vine to my room so I wouldn't disturb the men.
