It's one of those days
One of the days where you wake up to a pounding that seems calming
All the troubles you felt seem washed away by this intoxicating torrent
In the midst of all this life through this one day you can see
What the world ought to be
Filled with love and fresh air
This violent deluge is just a key to that door
The door by which upon opening you will soar
So dance in the cloudburst
Sing in the downpour
Jump in every puddle possible
And love what everyone dreads
Love this world
Love this day
Love this rain.
