Poem about a girl who can't sit still.
Millicent Sidget could not help but fidget

She never sat still in her seat

She fell to the floor and her head banged the door,

Then her face turned as red as a beet.

Millicent Sidget hurt her small digit

When it got stuck in a hole in her school desk.

She squealed with alarm, grabbing her arm

But her finger came out quite grotesque.

Millicent Sidget looked for a widget

To help her to stay still in her place

Her foot kicked the wall causing a fall

The board hit her smack in the face.

Millicent Sidget learned not to fidget

Though sometimes her hands still shook.

One day,

She sat still in her chair, not touching her hair.

Then her front tooth fell out onto her book.
