An ancient immortal wishes to tell his story.
In the ancient Germanic lands there is a legend that tells of a hero who was unbeatable.  Around the year 625 A.D. Sigurd was born into a war raveged land that his father tried to bring peace to only to end up dying in war before his only child was born.  Raised by the king of another land he knew he was destined for greatness, but he learns that what you ask for is not always what you want.
