A Spark in the Dark

When questions kept coming without any answers,

When tears won't stop falling from your eyes,

When the rainbow turns to gray'

What will you do to keep your feet on the ground?

To stand firm and steady?



If your heart is frozen from coldness of pain,

If your eyes are blured by anger,

Can you still find that light that will lead you home?

If the fog won't clear,

Could there still be sun?

If it's darkness you are in could you find a light?



A cry of help won't do,

You must continue to walk,

Walk though it's painful,

Continue though you can't see the sun.

You can't see the sun but it's still in there,

And one day the fog shall give way to the sun,

The darkness shall fade,

The coldness shall be replaced by warmth,

And the fog shall clear.



The light shall appear before you,

After your suffering,

It will appear before you and show it's mercy.

When the darkness and fog fades away,

Then you shall see a clear road ahead of you,

A road leading home.
