Just something to tell you a thing about thing I call a chance at taking chances
And in the new day, there is a new world to let go of the fray, and in the state of play, it is the time of decay

Maybe he just wanted to break free from being so free from what he couldnt see

Every moment without the thought of what cannot be

Every morning so ignorant to the sound of a heartbeat

That walked on the same ground as his own two feet

And maybe at that moment he never sweat beneath sheets

All his feats and attributes slightly in a sense of neat

He didnt care, scorned himself but never screamed into a mirror

the sheer thought of his hand with something to share

Ignorance was bliss and maybe he had no fear

Maybe she just wanted to break free from being in the same routine

Every time she could, she saw what had never seen

Been in cirlces of the past and just wanted to try one last time to come clean

And maybe she had the thought it was a little obscene,

of the scene that she was randomly progressing

took another dive and tried to strive and stop her stressing

From the repessed hopes and longing of confessing

ANd she probably saw somethig, in the corner of her eye, couldnt deny

And let her words fly, and opened her heart, with just one simple spark

and let loose her worries in a skybound arch

But in the chaos of finding control, there was a piece of peace missing inside of the soul

Maybe he thought it was going somehwere

Maybe she thought there was someone with care

when pieced together wiped clear was their fear

Seared closed the frustration when they got near

Maybe, but maybe, it was all just a poison

and in the silence there was a dormant noise in

the depths of their minds, and apart their were so many finds

of what could not be, and how much longer the spree they would leach

until the real world would preach

and MAYBE, maybe they grew to intertwined, and infected the branches

of there own mind

and when darkness fell between them, maybe there was no light,

and she saw her world in a mess

at himself he saw his own fright

and perhaps she had to confess

and he knew to well

that there was an antidote to a mutual spell

and he felt like hell

maybe she too

but in a world of choices

they knew what to do

let loose the grip

and turned away before the pain would renew
