Scene Of Peace

A poem I wrote for a contest. The prompt I chose was alliteration.

Daisies dazzle the delicate scene
Where the still waters shine so serene
The trees tower in total tantalization
As silent spectators stare in admiration
Squirrels scurry in search of sustainment
The clouds conceal the sun in cool containment
But the sun peeks preciously and persistently
Behind white puffs of placid peacefulness that flow distantly
