Reminiscent

While thinking about his love in high school, he wrote this poem.

As I sit here to reminise,
about all of what I truly miss,
you are the one that comes to mind,
such beauty as you is hard to find.
I recall the time together we spent,
it's amazing just how quickly it went.
Being with you just felt so right,
it was a feeling that I would never fight.
Something about you I loved so much,
the way you caressed me with your every touch.
You will always have a place in my heart,
which is the place you've been from the start.
But now now we are parted, and you I will never forget,
and being with you I will NEVER regret.
