Resilient One

Oh my, Resilient one, why do you doubt?
So filled with worry as it forces you out
It is being made easy; you’ve heard it, you know
Your calling is searching for you; in your life will it bestow
Wisdom follows you, you’re in illumination
You will rise up, to lead a dark generation
So full of darkness; it pulls you into the unknown
It promises you numbness, to which it will enthrone
No fear shall remain, no aphotics have entrenched
You allowed them not to enter, drove them to disbench
Arise; away with your volatile ways
Listen to the music darling, allowing no room to sway
Your life is made a lonely diversion
The innocent made guilty, by association
Your life remains pure; it’s all mindless chatter
So leave the past in the past, time to turn to a blank chapter
