Do You Know Her?

You should!  You gave birth to her 25 years ago.  Sadly though you don't know her.  A complete stranger can look at her once and know she is sad or upset, but you stay in your own world.  Do you really care about her?  I really doubt you do.  You care more about the money she can give you.  She really is not as selfish as you think.  She would give her last dollar to someone who needed it.  Would you miss her tomorrow if she were gone?  No!  Those fake tears you can keep.  You never wanted a daughter.  That was why you never grew up to be her mother, but made her yours.  The life she longed for she can never have.  You keep making sure it.  Where were you when she needed you most?  Out living your that's right.  When do you plan on letting her have her life?
