The End Of The Line

1. Create a static item in your port. Title it Lesson 2 Exercise.
2. Copy all the rules and instructions into your static item, so you can refer back to them easily.
3. Copy all of the Exercise Sentences into your static item.
4. Complete your Exercise according to the instructions.
5. Look back over your rules and your sentences, checking for errors.
6. After you are confident about your answers, click Save and View.
7. Post the b-item link into "The Classroom" .
8. Be sure to title your post Lesson 2 Exercise so I can easily find it. Smile

*Pencil* Read the fragments below. Underneath each fragment write a sentence that corrects the fragment and makes it a complete sentence. This is your chance to show me your knowledge and creativity. Once you have written a complete sentence, color the simple subject green and the verb dark orange, just like I did in the lesson. There are tons of ways to correct these fragments; use that great mind and sparkling creativity.

Dark green and navy blue work best for me. So the dark green is subject, and verb is going to be navy, ok?

In the Exercises each week, I will supply all the commas that are needed EXCEPT for the commas that are part of our lessons. We studied some commas in our lesson on abbreviations. In this week's lesson, we studied the Tag Question, which requires the use of a comma.
