FEATURED in the WDC Newsletter For Authors: Observations From The Publishing Puppy, by Fyn , November 20, 2013 I live in the Gulf Coast, Mississippi I had to travel to Kentucky, Instead of going to Missouri To buy my Bichon Frise puppy He’s soft, small and smart And follows me everywhere, He cried when I went to K-mart So now I practically go, nowhere He chases squirrels in the garden And follows yellow butterflies, I know I’ll never ever sadden He’s funny, and barks at dragonflies He likes to take his nap While I am watching TV, He is a real acrobat He jumps high, you should see I don’t know who is the boss Me, Shane or my boyfriend, When he hid my favorite lip-gloss I didn’t care; he was a god-sent I guess he has Iron Man teeth He nibbled my bed, it’s made of steel, He must have strong saw-teeth He chews little branches, I swear, it's real He is strong, and is now twelve pounds He likes his routine and his yellow duck, He knows all of the house sounds Believe me, he’s no schmuck My life has come to a radical change Most things I don’t do now, not anymore, I really don’t think this is weird or strange When my little friend waits for me by the door.
