Kiss

This is a poem I wrote for my fiance.

Your kiss is my drug

My life-giving drug

Like blood to a leech or

Flight to a dove

I can't live without it for a moment or two

And then I must taste

The drug that is you.



Our love is like sugar

Too sweet to be true

Though all my doubts

Melt away

Everytime I hear you say-

I love you



I love you forever

Though forever is long

I love you in ways

Not told by a song

I love you forever

I love you so true and

To say it again
