What would you say to your younger self?

To I at 15

you have faced abuse

from then until now,

Surviving with strength

and your natural know how.

I'm here to tell you

what not to expect,

to help you to learn

to grow and reflect.

I can not promise that

times won't be hard

But I can assure you

I will never be far.

The things you will face

you won't face alone

I'll be right beside you

guiding you home.

These next roads you

cross will help you be free,

and there I'll be waiting

to help you be me!

Be good to those who

love you and kind to those

you meet,

because you'll never know

who will help you find your feet.

so to me myself

and my 15 year old I

until one day

we finally meet.
