Angel Baby

One day as the Lord visited with his angel babies

one came up to him and he placed her on his knee,

The Lord waited patiently to hear what she had to say,

These were the words she spoke on that very special day,

" Lord , I've been watching a couple on earth below..

and well they have no children ,but of course that you already know.

Well Lord I really like them cause they have lots of love to give,

Won't you please send me to their house to live?

The Lord looked at this little one and tears were in his eyes ,

For he too had heard this couples prayers and cries,

and now here was this little one asking for them too.

Now I ask you just what could he do?

This little one had lots of love to give those below,

With a smile the Lord answered ,"My child you can go".

Now if you are saying to yourself this may not be true,

Remember once upon a time you were an angel baby too.
