A Pondering Mind

A peak into the shift in consciousness revealed through meditation

I sit quietly..

With an empty room present,

As past and future leak through the openings..

My gaze is locked.

The wall stares back at me.

In watchful silence it transforms me

At this very moment I sense a shift in the conscious

Towards what we all think we know to be;

But to experience it knowingly

In itself would free perspectives' shackles

The subconscious in a conscious state.

The blissful freedom of being one with all

While not being at all

As the very idea of being is all there is

All there ever was.

The mind is clear

The soul is replenished

And the spirit is recharged anew
