STAIRWAY TO PUBLICATION
Twenty lines

There’s a writer I know
And he wants his words to go
Up the stairway
To publication

Quite misty is his plot
And good grammar he has not
Still .....
He has determination!

I don’t mean to ramble on
For down that road I've gone
Struggling away
With word creation

Eyes dazed and tired
Hunting characters inspired
Searching for Muse
And inspiration

But a lemon will I write
Though working day and night
Alas!
Daunting dream of publication
