Listen
Repeat
What
You’re hearing
And the lack of
What you’re seeing
Tell others
Those who’ll heed
Those who’ll accept
Tell them
Command them
If you must
Dare not reject
Not for a second
Not for a moment
Undeviating must
All commitment be
See
Darkness there
So precise
So clear
Fear is closer
By just a bit
In your heart
I’m sure
You know this
But please
For the sake of me
As well as yourself
Don’t flee
Don’t turn your back
All must be stronger
Than ever before
Fight the urge
As if your life
Dependent upon it
Because it does
Darkness there
If you tried to flee
If you wished to leave
You would not get far
Maybe a few steps
Maybe a few feet
Never would you
Again be
You’d be ripped
Limb from limb
Torn right to bits
Gutted like a fish
Reduced
Consumed
The refused
Then nothing
Darkness there
Abundantly clear
Something can be seen
Within the nothing
That has come to be
Look there
Into the blackness
Peer
Into the madness
See deeper
Into the depths of fear
And only there
Will what I speak of
Be remotely clear
Familiarity
Indeed
Won’t be found
A comparison
Won’t be announced
You won’t know
What it is that you see
You’ll just know that you
Don’t want to ever
See it so clearly again
Form and shape
Builds truth
Holds weight
Darkness there
For me
Such things
Clear and precise
Look
Listen
Repeat
What
To me is everything
Thus
The depths of my soul
The core of my bones
There
In the ocean of my brain
All of it mired in nothing
While being trapped
By one terrifying something
What you see
Darkness there
Do you understand it
And if so
Will you now believe it
There is only once answer
That can be given
One answer
That can be accepted
Please don’t flee
Please don’t leave
Stay here
And see what I see
And then
Know what I believe
Let it become yours
As certainly as you
Will become one
With all that it
Will in time
Come to show you
Darkness there…
