A poem is a song from my heart

I sing with joy so free

A rejoicing of all good things

Good tidings to one and all

A poem is a song that I shout out to the world

Words that have much meaning to you and I

A happy dance where I twirl and dip

A memory of a loved one’s face

A poem is like listening to a fine song I do believe

Each word tells a story as I combine them together

A moment in time

A poem!
