Poem for humorous poetry contest |
| CHEATER'S NEVER WIN They say that cheater's never win I know it must be true I read it on the internet I wouldn't doubt, would you? Mother said I must be fair Not win by crude foul play Because if I broke any rules A loser I would stay My teachers always said to me You must do your own work If you copy other's things You'll end up one big jerk And so I never break the rules Except for income tax And maybe on the interstate With speeding I get lax I never ever cheat at golf I just can't count say I I wouldn't cheat at dieting If that scale didn't lie And so those cheaters never win It's simple, plain, and neat But please recall I never said That winners never cheat! |
