A poem of a magnificent natural wonders. |
| September 19 Prompt ▶︎ Niagara Falls Majestic flow, bounding forth Constant and timeless, pulsing ride Air fills with misted vapor Watch sheer power surge forward Unstoppable in all grandeur Unshakable in all force A fragile leaf falls into Turbulent waters and drowns quick Pulled within the crashing surge. Bubbles form and froth, a veil Appears and thunders over edge Falling blindly, wildly... free. Dare you dip your finger in? Would the energy pull at you? Or just simply smile and laugh. 15 lines of 5 stanzas with 7-8-7 syllables lines. |
