Drawing on my Native American heritage, a prayer of sorts. |
| As One We walk this earth together as one, listening to her sacred song. Wounded, her heart cries out; it’s time to heal our Mother Earth. We walk this earth together as one, caring for her sacred children. Her heart beats with us as one as we feel her gentle presence. We walk this earth together as one, dancing to pray for her sweet rain. Gathered ‘round the light of sacred fire, our tears fall freely for her agony. We walk this earth together as one, weaving her peace and forgiveness. Mother Earth’s love is eternal, full of life with true understanding. We walk this earth together as one, speaking to her spirits of flight. Her spirit is always around us as we see her in the glowing embers. We walk this earth together as one, listening to her sacred song. Wounded, her heart cries out; it’s time to heal our Mother Earth. |
