One who hears what the ear cannot

One who binds untamable painful memories
One who releases captives of the heart to be
One who plows down long-standing mountains
One who opens ways long closed
One who gives passage to the penitent soul
One who knows our height, depth and length and yet folds us into His plan
One who chooses well yet with mercy
One who builds us up in places long torn down
One who's Name is El Roi
