Dance in the rain

To my free spirited me

Chill ran down my body.
I instantly shivered with sheer joy and stretched my arms wide.
Raised my face to the rain and closed my eyes.
I felt it.
The kiss of the raindrops on my lips, tasted of magic and wonder.
Felt tingling sensation as the raindrops caressed my face.
The smell of soil so pure, calming and alive had me smiling.
Had me thinking of the beauty and wonders of nature.
The sound of the rain like soulful music to my ears.
My body moving to its rhythm as I danced in the rain.
