Mathew Chapter 5A- Day 5
For the first time, there's no Idea, Mess Fulfilment.
Jesus is a true leader. He takes charge. As He noticed the noticed the multitude, His actions from going up the mountain, having His disciples around, and raising Hos voice to preach. He knew that was an opportunity and He grasped it.
Then, in His preaching, from my understanding, I think He's saying it's better for us to try to be good/strive than to relax. He encourages and states how things aren't as we see or think. They are deeper, that is, the laws.
And He states something I thought of when I started this bible Journalling.
He mentions how He's not there to change the words of the prophets but rather to fulfil every bit of it.
