Cheese Cheese |
Uncle Robert lives in England Uncle Robert, he loves Cheese Cheese in the kitchen, cheese in the bedroom Cheese on his Wallpaper if you please. His favourite cheese is Gouda sweet, creamy, yellow down the Side street from the (Cheese) Market Uncle Robert's a happy fellow. "What's for dinner, Uncle Robert?" He hears his little niece call "Cheese and cheese and cheese," he says "Cheese makes you grow tall." She likes cheese too, so she laughs And sits at the table with glee Cheese, cheese and more cheese Cheese for him, her, them, you, me. Now there's a song in Hindi That I can't resist sharing Though few people speak it here And this is an act of daring. The song has CHEESE in it too I hope you'll like to listen And watch the CHEESY dancers As their clothes and jewels glisten. Basically the guy is saying That SHE is a thing of beauty Though his expression, to say the least Is a tad bit fruity. "Cheez" means 'thing' in our language and 'mast' means wonderful This was Bollywood's craze for a while Fans thought it cool. So this verse goes from the table To the movie hall The word 'cheese' is the connector One on the plate, one a living doll. So this verse is rather cheesy Maybe I should've gone the 'pizza' way But having penned this silly poem I'll keep it here today! |
