Stray or not
It's the only pet I've got
Cute and cuddlesome
Kind and winsome

And now my pet mongrel
Needs care, coz he is ill.
I'll sit by his side at night
My pet, I'll hold him tight.
And I'll take him to the vet
Lots of care, he shall get.

Hale and hearty he'll soon be
Eating quite normally!
Always, love and medicine
