May's Plan

30 days might not be enough for a busy person. I have 1 more poem because I missed a day.

Thank you April,
I've enjoyed every day.
I can't wait to see
all my surprises in May.
There are birthdays and
holidays I hope will be nice.
Then there's the end of school for kids
which will feel like paradise.
We should honor all mothers
who make our house, a special place.
But then there's Memorial Day soon to
honor our veterans we'd like to embrace.
I will make some time to watch
America's favorite sport.
And take some time for traveling
from my home to the nearest new airport.
I can see that May will test my
skills at planning well.
Because summertime will be here quickly
and I have an old house I want to sell.
