| A Hard Pill to Swallow Nobody wants you to get better Nobody really wants you to get better Those closest to you, your friends and your family, want you to stay like them else, remain in the established paradigm. Doctors don’t want you to heal They want you to buy more prescriptions and schedule follow-ups. Your employer does not want to enrich you or else see you enriched They want subsistence wages and consumer debt. The banks want the same. Your government wants the same. Nobody wants you to get better Nobody really wants you to get better They only want to consume you |
