Some writings have feelings while others don't

You said you loved me
Then you broke my heart
And I know you won't read this
Like you read the love poem I wrote you
You're the only one I let read what I wrote
You read the pain
The hurt
The anger
The fear
And then you told me the one without feeling
Was your favorite...
And even though I hated it
Because I couldn't feel from it
Or take something from the words
You made me love it
Because you did
And I loved you
And I still love you
Your empty promises
Lame excuses
Painful lies
Hollow words
And forgotten feelings
Please
Tell me how you made it go away
So I can do the same
Because right now
I still love you
