Grokster Suess style story about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles |
In a city of hustle, all grimy and gray, Lived four funky turtles who danced night away. Not your average critters, oh no, not a chance, These green little heroes knew ninja-fight dance! There was Leo, so bold, with his swords shining bright, Leading the pack through the shadows of night. Then Donnie, the brain, with his gadgets galore, A bo-staff in hand and a mind to explore. Raph came next, with his sais and his growl, A temper so hot, he’d make villains howl. And Mikey, the wild one, with nunchucks a-twirl, “Cowabunga!” he’d shout, giving life a whirl. Down deep in the sewers, their home oh so damp, They trained with a rat, Master Splinter, their champ. A sensei so wise, with a whisker or two, He taught them to flip in the Sewer-Voo-Doo. One day came a rumble, a clank, and a crash, The Shredder appeared with his armor and sash! “I’ll rule this whole town with my Foot Clan so sly, No turtle shall stop me—I’ll make pizza pie cry!” “Oh no!” cried Mikey, “Not our cheesy delight!” “We’ll fight!” said Leo, “With all of our might!” So they grabbed their weapons, their shells shining green, And zipped through the pipes like a ninja machine. Donnie built bots with a whir and a beep, Raph punched through walls in a furious leap. Leo sliced shadows with a swish and a chop, While Mikey spun foes ‘til they begged him to stop. The Shredder just snarled, “You turtles are toast!” But Splinter crept in like a wise, furry ghost. With a tap and a whack, he sent Shredder afar, “You’ll not harm my sons or their pizza bizarre!” Back home they returned, to their sewer so sweet, With pizzas piled high—oh, what a treat! They laughed and they munched ‘til the moon went to bed, Four brothers of green with sauce on their head. So if ever you’re down in a sewer or street, Listen for turtles with moves oh so neat. In the land of Voo-Doo, where shadows play tricks, Leo, Donnie, Raph, and Mikey fix nix! |
