Contained in this Folder are letters of complaint to the Customer Care Department of The Whine & Cheese Company, Inc., a small company in a small southern town run by folks who, while not very sofisticated, are not taken in by the letters. The letters may be real complaints or fictitous, but the responses are all fictitous.
