A Brighter Day.

This is another wish for my daughter's future.

My wish is to protect you,
from the evil life is giving,
and make you feel
that love is real
and life is still worth living.

That happiness is possible,
that pain soon fades away,
that darkness fades
then the sun comes up
to expose a brighter day.
