Death Walks On

Death walks on
Through time and space
It travels the streets
Discarding those
That cross his path

Under the full moon, it wails
As you enter your coffin
To sleep for an eternity
Buried deep beneath the cemetery

He stalks his prey
Like a vampire bat
That seeks to drink
Of your fresh warm blood

Neither good nor evil
Just ever present
Biding his time
For him to take his next dead soul

But still death walks on
