It must be wonderful to share a life with the one you love. Most of us will never know. |
| Forever More. The old man walks upon the shore with the girl he loved forever more. He watches the gulls as they fly away and remembers all the better days. He casts the stone upon the sea; watches it skip, one, two, three. He feels the chill as the wind does blow as he remembers the days of long ago. The young man feels the cool sea air as it brushes back his sun bleached hair. A new girl by his side that day this one is perfect in every way. His back is straight, arms so strong; in a world so right, nothing is wrong. He watches the waves with eyes so clear; he stands so proud, his love is near. Through foggy eyes, the old man sees; the waves that crash upon the sea. The girl he loved forever more; he spreads her ashes upon the shore. |
