WHERE ARE YOU?


Gone are you forever now
but are yet in my heart.
Now my life is no more than
an ugly aching wart.

Only those moments bring joy
when you are in my dreams.
My eyes are nothing but two
constantly flowing streams.

Your company was so sweet.
Now is lonely silence.
I have tried to bear it but
all that is mere pretence.

What use has such life for me?
Let me know where you are.
I too want to quit this world
and come to you so far!
