Summary of this Book...
A simply boring non-mystery in which beloved series characters and settings are tossed aside with no feeling whatsoever from the author or the main characer, James Qwilleran.
This type of Book is good for...
Lining bird cage bottoms or for shredding to use as paking material for fragile items that need to be shipped.
I didn't like... | ||
The disjointed way in which it was written. Huge chunks were seemingly left out while other unimportant aspects were repeated several times and often contradicted earlier menitions of the same events or ideas. Did an editor actually read this book?
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Throw the book on the burn pile in my backyard.
This Book made me feel...
As if I had lost a treasured friend or my childhood home. The characters I loved were suddenly turned to unfeeling cardboard and the places I loved to spend time went up in smoke with no rhyme or reason and with no real good-bye.
The author of this Book...
Seems to be putting an end to the series while trying to make it seem as if it is just a new beginning.
I don't recommend this Book because...
It was a giant disappointment--even more so than the last Cat Who...book.
Further Comments... | ||
If you are a real Cat Who... fan, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time on this book. Stick with the earlier books and avoid a heartache.
