Natsuki the cat-girl is part of a private police force that struggles with bad guys, budgets and personality conflict.

People who like a rollicking good adventure and who have a high tolerance for cynicism and sophomoric sexuality.

The art. And the art. And the art. *sighs* The facial expressions are perfect, the figure work is delightful, and even the chibi stuff works.

Also this is a fantastic milieu with likable characters and a believable plot, which helps.

Sakura's frustrated sexuality taken as a joke. Either it should be taken seriously, or it should be omitted. The combination of police manga suitable for adults with high school attitudes toward sex just doesn't work.

I'm sure the intended audience for HyperPolice is older high school and young college age boys, and I don't fit in that category, so take my comments about the sexuality with several grains of salt.

If you're looking for a visually beautiful treatment of the cat-girl motif, though, this one is first-rate.
