This is a detail-oriented book about the murder case involving Jodi Arias. In June of 2008, she murdered her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander. It was a particularly brutal murder. She made up several stories about the case before finally admitting she was the one who killed him.

I watched most of the trial and was curious about details. His body was not found for five days and he had two roommates. This book provides answers that I did not find in watching the trial. I may have missed the relevant testimony, but some things were question marks for me. This book answered all of my questions.

the fact that the author more or less lays out the facts without passing judgments on the religious aspects of the the case.

the feeling I got that there was some sympathy towards Arias and her plight. I totally did not agree with that assessment of her.

continue to follow the case to see if Arias gets the death penalty.

really did a thorough job of research and, as I indicated, she answered pretty much all of my questions about details.
