As to climbing, yes, me too! I'd love to look at the view from a mountaintop, but climbing there, I wouldn't even begin to think about it.

This is a big encouragement, Sis. Knowing The Lord seeks the lost is such a comfort. I've spent too much of my life, considering myself hopeless.

"Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God." (I John 4:15) This verse, and I John 5:1, "Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him." give me great hope because I am convinced, that Jesus is the Messiah.

John 3:3 shows The Holy Spirit works in the heart of His chosen one to regenerate, that precious soul, giving him or her the faith (Ephesians 2:8-10) to trust Him the rest of the way, assuring of "the earnest of The Spirit." "Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts." (II Corinthians 1:22, KJV)

Blog Prompt: How much effort do you put into your relationship with God?

Answer: I believe effort must be put into it every day. I should never stop communicating or stop trying to get closer to God. The Bible says if we draw close to him, he will draw close to us. (James 4:8)

Prayer prompt: Pray that the gospel will reach the world and that the love of Christ would be made known to everyone.

Dear God,
Please, let the love of Christ be made known to the whole world. If there be any ears that have not heard your message, open the doors to get it to them now.

During this month what greeting do you extend when you interact with people: Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Yule, Season's Greeting, Happy Hanukkah? If not, is it because you're hesitant to offend someone?

It's offensive to me that I can't express my own beliefs in public. I will say Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays. If someone is offended, it is their problem. Ok, sorry I wished you good tidings on what I believe is a holiday worth celebrating even if you don't celebrate. Have a horrible day instead if that is what you wish. I think we get a bit ridiculous with some of this stuff. People wish women who aren't mothers or females who can't have children a happy Mother's Day. Is this wrong for them to do even though unknown to them the female's heart is broken because they have no children?

Not really. I might have a little fun with it or blame it on Friday the 13th if I'm having a bad day though.
